If the trading platform cannot accept this responsibility, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities according to law and submit evidence to forex regulatory platforms to protect my rights.

There was a self-proclaimed expert named NGUYỄN CHÍ DŨNG and an assistant named LAN HƯƠNG who provided support for analyzing domestic securities. By the end of April 2024, I was invited to authorize trading with a 1% commission on the http://exnessvip.net platform. After 3 days, they assisted me in opening a personal account and guided me on placing orders. Initially, I deposited $2,200 and made two withdrawals of $100 each. On the third withdrawal, they required me to upgrade my account to level 2 in order to withdraw funds. After depositing and upgrading, they then claimed that I needed to deposit 30% of the account balance to ensure accuracy of information. Later, they also charged a 10% fee for slow withdrawals. The market was stable and slowly rose to between 2443-2445, showing a floating profit of over $200. My trading style involves adjusting stop-loss orders when in profit; both orders had a stop loss set at 2442. After 8:30 PM, due to data releases, all profits were lost and my account was blown up, losing all my principal. I am furious!! I demand compensation for the two 0.3 lot positions that should have closed at the 2442 stop-loss price, plus the remaining $100+ in principal.
