After I open position few mins. I got stuck and cannot modify any order. I can't even close or add new order. I was having profit but can't close order so it leads me to burning my account. The broker never process my situation so I can get my refunding. Stay away from this broker or you will lose all of your money

I experienced unjust spread widening in my account. Typically, the spread for silver is 2 cents, and during weekends or news times, it might widen to 5 cents. However, I encountered a spread widening to 15 cents, which wiped out my entire account. I have contacted them multiple times but have received no response.

This company embezzled my money, I deposited 2250 euros and fraudulently embezzled it,

I withdraw 5,222 USD, and covert rate to Ringgit Malaysia was RM4.67, I understand that there's the price difference when BUY and SELL USD, when I got the money in my bank, I just get RM 22,511 ÷ 5222 = RM 4.31 convert rate, which is totally ridiculous. PLEASE AWARE ABOUT THIS BROKER

There is currently a difference in the amount of money available in my account and the amount available to withdraw. So money missing. I've been waiting for weeks for this to be investigated, and still nothing.👳

Probably one of the most overpriced and under serviced brokers I've ever used. They're terrible. And they will even keep billing you after you've cancelled and moved everything out.😇

They give me welcome account and l made profit of 86$..I was requested to create live account but they disapproved it saying I sent invalid document..I see it as being unfair because why reject account after making profit.

I was introduce by one of the manager to register this ETO platform not more than a week. on 13/6/2024, my account suddenly cant log in and i was panic quickly call my manager and text him but he was no answer my phone or reply my message. I quickly open my laptop log in to ETO website and try change my password then finally i manage to log in back my mt4 but is too late which my money all gone and see back the record , the system show the record is open a lot big lot size to trade and want finish lost all the money inside within few minute.I try ask my manager why this thing happen and he told me is system error. i was surprise and this is the first time i meet for this platform got this issue happen which previously using a lot other different platform also no this such thing happen. Right now I'm still waiting them to solve my problem which my money all is gone.

I started trading a safe and profitable pairs correlation and swap strategy. The broker increased swap rates without prior notice, without changes in the market and no other broker did the same during the period.The detail is that they called me for a live broadcast on Hantec's social media about my mess, and after that they increased the rates embedded in the swap even more.I still haven't found out if it was something aimed at me and my EA's clients (one would be fraud) or if it was something that affected all clients. Anyway, the new swap rate is absurdly high, for example, the EURHUF pair is more than 7 points negative and only 1 positive, for me.

Suddenly  said i break their Rules that im multiple log in with same vps and directly deducted all my credit around 22k USD!!!! i ask for live chat service to asist me and they ask me via email to contact them but   everytime i contact them they doesnt wan to answer my email and directly deducted all my credit. since i start trade from so many month.BTW i have too much transaction tht i been trade in this broker so i just roughly took some photo.

I deposited to trading account for 4 days ago and they ignored every contact which me send by email, otherwise they rejected my withdrawal too.

22/3/2024- Deposit $5500 to Monaxa01/04/2024- $15150.04 was removed from MT4 without any notice.02/04/2024- Received a call from broker Business Development Manager. Claim that I won too much.

Hello While I was trading with gold in Forex and I was in a profit position in my account, they suddenly deleted the credit and sent me an e-mail stating that I was abusing the negative balance protection. I closed my transactions and responded to their request. I do not think that I made any mistakes or mistakes. All my transactions were always in a profit position. There was no decrease in which I could use the bonus. Then they examined my account and 6 days later they sent me an e-mail saying that I had broken the rules. They reduced the balance in my account to 0 and closed my account. I asked them to provide me with evidence indicating which or where I made a mistake or abused it, but they did not.
